How to Use It
Roll the Derma Roller over your beard area twice weekly, then clean the head with the Cleansing Spray and let it air dry. Apply the Growth Oil daily to a clean, dry beard, working it through the hair and into the skin. Take the multi-vitamins daily as directed on the label. Brush to distribute product and shape the beard.
Staying Consistent
A routine only works if you actually run it. Pick two fixed days for rolling, keep the oil next to your toothbrush, and give a new routine a few months before you judge it.
