Our premium Beard Derma Roller is the model with a replaceable head: 540 titanium-coated 0.25mm needles on a handle you keep, swapping only the head when the needles dull.

How to Use It

• Twice weekly. Two sessions a week is the routine — more often is not better.
• Start clean. Use it on a clean, dry beard and face.
• Light, even passes. Roll across the beard area — cheeks, jawline, chin, and upper lip — without pressing hard.
• Clean it after every session. Use the Derma Roller Cleansing Spray, let it air dry, and store it with the cover on.

Replacing the Head

Needles dull with repeated use, so change the head about once a month. Pull the used head off, press the new one on until it seats, then rinse and air dry it before the first session.
